Preliminary Design

Once your project's vision, goals, and requirements are determined, Nova Group's pros will get to work shaping your design through digital drawing to provide you with a preliminary evaluation of your design, schedule, and budget.

Design Development

After the preliminary design is confirmed, we then develop the design based on the approved budget and direction. At this point, we'll provide you with more specific drawings, material and technique specifications, and computer-aided renderings. By the end of this phase, you will have an approved design overlaid with more detailed information, including the choice of materials, fixtures, appliances, and more design specifics.

Permitting & Approval

Once design development is approved, the next phase is to get approvals and building permits that show that the project complies with the required guidelines and regulations of the city or jurisdiction issuing the permit. With Nova Group's experienced professionals, you don't have to worry about a thing. We'll shepherd your project through this process and ensure it's completed quickly, accurately, and as stress-free as possible.

Construction Administration

Like in the development of your design, we remain a consistent presence during the construction phase of your project. Our professionals can perform regular job site visits to ensure quality, advise the owner, and proactively address any potential issues.

Project Close Out

Finally, as your project nears completion, Nova's professionals will perform quality checks to ensure the construction is completed to the design's specifications and meets your satisfaction. From the initial project consultation to the final seal of approval, Nova's professionals are with you through every step of your project's development.
